I am trying to follow your instructions, and I ran into a couple issues:
How do I determine the camera name using "dev?" I have 12 "video" files with numbers from 0 to 18. I have the usb camera connected and the Pi camera disabled.
How is the port in the IP address determined? I have been using 8000 for the Pi camera. Should I use 8080?
Thanks,
